AVP, Client Documentation - Wealth Management in Jacksonville, Florida

International Market Recruiters is currently recruiting professional candidates to handle an AVP, Client Documentation - Wealth Management role for one of our Top Tier Financial Services clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Act as the client interface with the investment community
Key interface with portfolio managers and regional Wealth Management
Continuously monitor forms for relevance vs. complaints, feedback, workflow changes, industry events and strategic initiatives
Collaborate with Marketing, the transfer agency, the call center and external creative team to create forms which assist investors with their transactions
Manage workflow to interface with Legal and Compliance for review and approval
Post completed forms to all relevant parties
Qualifications:
3-5 years experience in a Financial Services Customer Service Center
Management experience
Series 7, Series 24 a MUST
Strong knowledge of requirements of forms as an important legal document in client record keeping
Strong process management and project management skills
Well organized to handle many forms, workflows and problems at once
Strong understanding of business legal language
Familiarity with Financial services regulation
Bachelors Degree
Experience within the financial sector
